My Story
4Louis is a UK charity that works across the country to support anyone affected by miscarriage, stillbirth and the death of a baby or child.
On the 21st October 2021, our second child, Lily, was born at James Cook Hospital after a scan revealed she no longer had a heartbeat. After her birth, we were gifted a 4Louis memory box containing Lily's footprints, a selection of memorial gifts and 2 teddies, one which we kept and one which Lily was cremated with.
Aswell as memory boxes, 4Louis also work with hospitals to provide bereavement rooms, cuddle cots, photography equipment and specialist training to support parents, siblings and their families.
On 7th September, we will be doing the Mini Great North Run to raise money for 4Louis and to ensure they can carry on their amazing work and supporting bereaved families. We appreciate any donation you can make.
